Garlic Chutney Recipe

Hot and Strong Chutney, Mostly of Garlic

Grind together in the blender:
4-6 Tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1/2-1 teaspoon hot red pepper powder
16 whole cloves garlic
If you find the chutney too hot after you've added the hot pepper powder, you can add some oil to make it milder again.
This chutney is especially good mixed with yogurt and spread on paratha, chapati, etc. It is also good mixed with butter in a sandwich.
